Features:
PEG is the Portable Embedded GUI Graphics Library from Swell Software, Inc. http://www.swellsoftware.com. EASy.VM provides full support for the PEG graphics library, which is available for several embedded and workstation platforms. SWT and MIDP applications can now be run on platforms supported by PEG.
Dec/05/2003 - SWT Graphics Library (org.eclipse.swt) v1.0 available
Features:
SWT is a powerful graphical/user interface library, comparable with SWING/AWT. Developed as part of the Eclipse project http://www.eclipse.org, it interfaces the Graphical elements of the underlying Operating System directly (light weight interface). The main advatage of SWT compared with SWING is, that the class library is quite small, and the performance is excellent, perfectly matching the needs of embedded systems.

Features:
The MID profile of J2ME specifies support for graphics, sound, and multimedia functions. A first subset of the MIDP classes is now available for a number of EASy.VM targets, even for embedded versions of the VM.
Apr/04/2003 - Compression and optimization techniques save up to 55 percent space occupied by classfile packages.
Features:
With the support of compressed and uncompressed JAR, and ZIP files, a superior feature has been added to the virtual machine. Dec/16/2002 - JDWP debugging support added to the VM
Features:
JDWP debugging protocol allows debugging of classes directly running on the target. Classes can be developed under current state of the art Java development kits. EASy.VM runs best with Borland JBuilder 6.0 professional or higher.
